Dungeon not reset on a solo que through dungeon finder. (Banished Cells 1)

Greetings I had a solo que into Banished Cells 1 today and the dungeon was not reset.. Here is the live stream of the occurrence..

Yeah, it happened us like 90% of the time while farming spindleclutch I, look like when you queue for a dungeon ( while being in THE dungeon) that you just did 5 sec before, it won't reset.

So I wasn't in that dungeon prior this was a solo que and i waited over 5 minutes for the que to hit..

Nah, it happens when a group queues again, for the same dungeon they just did but the 4 group member are not exactly the same.
E.g. A group runs a dungeon, and after killing the endboss, one player leaves the group. The other 3 queue again for the same dungeon, and you get added to the group by the tool. Then all 4 of you will be ported to their just finished instance.
Oh, and you all get the 15 min penalty by leaving the group now (but can be erased by logout and login again in this specific case btw)

If all partymember stays in group after finishing boss, they can immediately queue again for the same dungeon. They even dont need to leave the dungeon, but as soon as the first leaves the best option is to re-group.

In your case you can do nothing about, apart from flaming to the others because you were the unlucky one who have been added to the existing group.
