So something weird happened to me today. I was running through Lilmoth when I was disconnected. PC/EU, so sadly not uncommon. But logging back in took me to a queue, which was a first. When I got back in I realised all of my controls had been reset to default. Which was INCREDIBLY annoying. That's never happened before, and I hope it doesn't again. Anyone know how/why this happened?

ZOS_BilladminIf you are experiencing an issue where your settings are not saving properlye, perform the following steps:- Navigate to C:\Users\user.name\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live.
- Right-click on your UserSettings.txt file and select Properties.
- Ensure that it is not set to read only. If the Read Only option is checked, uncheck it.
