I know. It's not CMX's fault because CMX just reports what the API reports.
There are instances, however, where the damage type actually encountered does not match the type of damage reported by the API, and this is one of them. I.e., the damage type reported by the API is not authoritative. Players still need to observe how the damage actually behaves in combat.

I agree. Though I somehow have the feeling this is not intended behaviour.
Are you sure the tank doesnt get defile ? when i tanked the hm, i did not get any health back through healing
