I honestly couldn't give a damn that it's in the game. What I do give a damn about is content and balancing being designed around the damage numbers that animation cancelling can achieve. If people who abuse it want to do so to reach said numbers, then go right ahead. Just don't whine and cry that content is too easy because of it.

As long as you're not able to bypass the global cooldowns (that would be exploiting) then everything is fine right now. The last thing I ever want is to have to wait a second for my block or dodge roll to kick in. Every mechanic in the game would have to be adjusted for this new delay.
