My source is common sense. Really don't need a spread sheet to see an obvious sync / lag problem. It's been going on this way since release. They may gut snipe because you are salty, but that is nothing but a band aid on a much more serious issue.
I'm annoyed by the issue, but what I'm annoyed by is the REAL issue.
An exploit is a bug that a player can cause on demand. To me having the snipe desync happen is completely random, and i even have an xbox live cheating report against me for it even though i never use the skill with the intent to desync people. How can I? I have no idea how it happens.
Theres an actual exploit and then theres a performance bug that everyone just hates.

The snipes I experience are always indicated with a very noticeable noise and it gives me the chance to roll, move, block etc. Snipe has never, ever been a threat to me. Perhaps it is people who have worse MS that this affects - I am not sure.
Even when I am hit with 1-2, this usually leaves me above 50%. Perhaps building less like glass cannons could help too?
I like going up against teams with snipers, as it means half their team won't be "team playing" and often ignore objectives. Almost always means my team will win.
I can finally mainbar a bow without receiving hate mails regarding the use of snipe?
About effing time.
