This is currently the most interesting to play against Blockade and Time stop spamming groups. Something has to change. The games have turned into tanks spamming roots and Time stop while wearing proc sets for damage and debuffs. Speed the game back up. I don't need to to be like Summerset, because that was ridiculous. It can't be this snail paced slugfest anymore. It's not fun, don't leave us with this for 3 more months.

Another three months of this and I know I will have a hard time logging in let alone paying money.

I feel you, I really do, but our players need to feel like they're really really really good at the game when they press one or two buttons. It's why dawbreaker hurts so bad, why proc sets/oblivion damage was introduced, and why tanky high damage builds have ruled pvp for nearly two years now.

At one point the game required what some considered to be competitive skill, but those days are long gone. Just strap on the Flavor of the Year, press one or two buttons, and enjoy the unearned yet rewarding gameplay that so many find to be the absolute pinnacle of virtual combat.

Also dont forget werewolves. They are definitely meta in below 50 BGs and OP af and hardly require any skill.

What else should rule PvP? Low defense low damage builds?

You try one. They are only less skillful when they changed the heal and buffed all pets to hell.

Usually you're not able to build high resistance, high damage, enough sustain builds. You need to choose 2 at best. If you're high resistance + high damage build you shouldn't be able to sustain your DPS/buffs/defense. But now all you need is heavy armor set that not only gives you highest resistance but one of the highest damage buffs (Ravager/Seventh Legion) + bleeds which doesn't require almost any sustain with the steel tornado on top to make sure those who rely on dodge roll as their primary defense won't get away from execute range.

If only performance would be better than low resistant builds could try to make up for it by being highly reactive, mobile and kiting builds but with performance we have now it's pointless. One lag spike or constant ping above 200 means you're dead, because being fast and fragile means you can't make any mistakes, you need to react instantly or you will melt.

I am doing my best, but I am not a native speaker, sorry.

"Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game." - @AlexanderDeLarge
