Balance Concern: For healers after with this update

    There is no "think" as to why it was nerfed, it was nerfed because of all the ball groups spamming barriers that hit 12 people at all times. It was broken, and if it came back it'd be horrid again.

    You mean it was broken when there was AOE caps in the game. When you could not crit wards. With those 2 changes, seems to be balanced to bring back the 12 person cap.

    They have now resistance. And in pvp people have more than decent resistances on top of crit resistances.

    I see your point. I do think they should revamp ult ‘s like barrier to make the flavorful and more useful.

    First, if you have even 10 people in your PvP raid, it's not hard to make multiple people slot a support ultimate. There's your spamming.

    It's not that there isn't a desire for good support skills in this game. Tasear, you and I have talked in depth plenty of times about healing, as I've been a main support player almost my entire time playing ESO. That doesn't mean I support things being broken again for the sake of what?????

    For the sake of removing RNG from keeping players alive. I’m not sure how Barrier chooses its targets, but I’ve seen it choose poorly. If it hits more players maybe a strength decrease would be appropriate, but wasting an ultimate because it goes to the players that don’t need it is a frustrating problem.

    Modifying it to go to players who need it most would be a good change. Upping it to affect 12 people is not a good change.

    First change ESO should make is to update the tooltips. I had no idea there were player limits on some of these abilities.
    Looking for any guildies I used to play with:
    Havoc Warhammer - Alair
    LoC EQ2 - Mayi and Iskiab
    PRX and Tabula Rasa - Rift - Iskiab
    Or anyone else I used to play games with in guilds I’ve forgotten
