Khajiit did get a buff all right (stamina - minuscule, magicka - major, one that bring them close to other magicka races, as PvP stamina - nerf), but I feel that it's too little compared to large-scale QoL changes other races got. Dunmer jumped straight to being top stamina damage, redguard (which is already meta due to best stamina sustain in the game) got buffed further, bosmer got major sustain improvement and will likely be meta for PvP stamina (unless the speed buff is nerfed), orc competes for top stamina damage spot, nord suddenly jumped to relevance as a tank, breton is the king of magicka sustain. Khajiits remained on "not bad" spot, only now they're also taking up that spot as magicka as well.
