I'm hoping for polearms to fill the 2h dagger niche, so we have a 2h weapon with the crit bonus.

If I got ESO+, do I still need to buy this chapter ? or Chapter are different from DLC ?
I agree it looks a bit thin by direct conparison, and perhaps just not very interesting to me, but I'm hopeful there's more to announce before release.

The problem here is, who would have hold back on announcing major features when pre-purchase already has begun?
They didn't come up with anything substantial for Morrowind or Summerset after the big announcement. We basically knew all that was coming right after the official announcement stream.
And in comparison to Morrowind and Summerset the upcoming Elsweyr is very shy on new/major features. Or to say it better: it offers nothing but a new class on the feature list.
