Being feared through solid walls.

This is STILL a problem after years. Will the developers ever fix this? It's really annoying especially in dungeons with fear adds or bosses in tight quarters. especially if its vet and the healer is the one to be feared off the map and where they cant heal anyone.
Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

    Yeah that's one place where it happens. I also remember having it happen in a solo quest.

    It also happens a lot in Imperial City, but nowhere is it more annoying than in CoH

    I believe they tried to fix it in coh a couple times, but the bug does come back somehow.

    Can't they fix the problem at the source by changing how fear works? right now fear seems to just let you walk through anything.

    That stupid dungeon feared me off the cliff/waterfall outside the wall. Fell the eternal fall until the game kicked me for "spamming area chat." Good times

    I found that traveling to someone in the group when you’re outside the wall usually unscrews the issue (at least for CoH), but a pain nonetheless.

    It gets fixed but somehow the patch forgets it again. It's like hrc with bottom boss who keeps disappearing. It's sad but bugs seem to come back.

    Can it be used in some sort of way to exploit the dungeon? As long as it's a bug that annoys players but gives no advantage, it's a low priority fix. As soon as players can gain some advantage through this bug, it jumps up the priority list. You just need to get working on a way to exploit this, then report that bug to ZOS. You'll get a faster fix that way.

    In CoH ? No, Unless you know exactly where to streak and bring a Warden to carry the rest of your team with a "Frozen gate" but why would anyone exploit this dungeon lol, it's faster to nuke everything.

    Last time in CoA I was scared back into the room again :)
    That was pretty weird.

    Else teleport to group will port you back at the entrance.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    I'm sure there are plenty of bugs that are far enough up on the annoyance scale that they become larger priorities. ZOS has the metrics. They know what their players do and they know what annoys their most important players, the whales. Unless a bug is expoitable, it needs to have a rather large impact to get attention. I don't fault them for this. They need to prioritize and that's as good a way as any to determine what gets fixed first. If this "feared through walls" bug somehow warped you to the end of the dungeon, it would be a slightly higher priority. If it also gave you 200k xp instantly, it becomes a bit more important. If there were some way to also earn 5 crowns by doing this, it would have been fixed yesterday.
