I found aetherial dust once.

I don't think I've got anything else that's super-rare. I did loot the complete Imperial style book twice, and got the two complete styles from Clockwork in the recent event.

The most rarest thing ive ever got was groupmates in blackheart heaven who listened to me and used the disguise so we didnt have to kill the whole iland of adds...
Except that i got spellstrategist inferno staff....twice XD

Hmm, maybe Razak’s Opus as non-combat pet. It probably isn’t actually rare, just nice because I have earned it through effort. Beyond that, I have the gold Akaviri style motif book that I got in a single free crate a ways back. I have been holding onto that for quite sometime now, seemed pretty rare to me.

My Zaan mask. I know. It isn't rare fo y'all. But when you spent four hours in the dungeon with constant wipes due to Zaan repeatedly bugging out, it is a prized possession.

I have a few old Dolmen/World Boss unique drops, and I will still hold on to them even though they range from CP60-140 lol. The rarest thing I own, is maybe the Snow Bear mount/pet. Came out around Orsinium, and haven't seen it since. They've had the different versions, but not the original. I've found Imperial once, and have gotten Dro'Mathra/Silken Ring/Buoyant Armiger from free crates.

- The first time I ever did any 4 man dungeon in a group I got a Niernith helm with the right trait. Dude in my group lost his mind.

The Dwarven Platform, Steps furnishing plan. Got it out of a delve in Deshaan. The plan was selling for around 2 million at the time, but I chose to learn it. Made several of the furnishings and sold them for over 200k apiece, because they were the only ones listed anywhere. A few people seem to have gotten the plan from the rewards crates from the jubilee event, because there are now a few other people selling the furnishing as well. Made the price go down, so it was nice while it lasted. Still seems to be pretty rare though, because even with the competition, it's only a handful of people selling them now.

Volar's Crescent Dagger, obtained by defeating Dregas Volar, the Daedric Crescent at a Dolmen. The dagger is in the Abnur Tharn Style. I acquired the dagger i think 2 years ago. I have 5 of them. You can no longer get this weapon.

My experience is that things become extremely rare just because I want one.

My first character needed a snow bear, and I'd seen others riding them. It came back over a year later for four whole days. She has one now, and is not allowed any more cravings.

I got a gold sharp vMA inferno staff from the the leaderboard mail. This was long after sharp was nerfed but I’ll always keep it just due to how impossible getting this particular staff used to be and how much I wanted one lol

This was the weapon I was never going to have.

I wish you could display weapons in your house - this would have pride of place.

I’d love to be able to see it up on a wall.
