    I don't agree about the Matriarch. Her passive damage is quite strong, and concussion is already pretty easy to maintain. Plus it's much less valuable in PvE now that bosses have a cooldown for being effected by it (which is one thing I wish they'd revert). It's the Tormentor that needs an overhaul. She needs to be much more powerful to be willing to give up the Twilight's burst heal. I'd say give her a 20% general damage bonus over the Twilight and have her apply negative effects to the target she attacks...you know...to actually "torment" them.

    You know originally I spoke about lightning splash but then I remembered that Entropy in the mages guild line exists... which I forgot about because it sucks. A single target that does as much damage as a single cast of force pulse over 14 seconds? Horrible. I would just increase the damage on this by probably 50% at least to make it worth while.

    Yes. Lots of wardens did! I used it on my Warden tank as my “caltrops” and it scaled off health, an attribute that is rarely built toward.

    Edit: since gripping shards is also health based having two skills reward a max health build was great.

    I agree, both of those skills really need to be looked at and improved because I basically never see people suggest or use either.

    I agree, both of those skills really need to be looked at and improved because I basically never see people suggest or use either.

    its the same with soul trap. and baleful mist to name the 2 out of several. just bad skills that had little thought put into them.

    Icemage has been very potent in PvP, largely enabled by this skill (due to its damage component, the hot on demand and the chilled status effect proccing very reliably from it).

    I see, well I guess it was good for giving that minor maim/slow.

    I find that's usually the case too. "Nerfs" implemented to appease the unobtainable unicorn of PvP "balance" almost always make the game less interesting and fun.

    Make one of the sorc pets stam. One morph out of 4 isn't gonna hurt mag. There's no logic that allows stam to be used as green magic everywhere else in the game, but not for sorc pets. Stam sorc would be so much fun with a pet that's actually designed for it.

    How bout the tormentor? I think they should change that pet to a Grievous twilight (as that is a corrupted form of the winged twilight(what the tormentor is), and have it do what the tormentor does now). This and having an air atronach as an ult (instead of the charged atronach) would make stam sorcs pretty fun imo.

    The clannfear is the tank pet, the volatile familiar is the mag dps pet, the matriarch is the healer pet, and the grievous twilight can be the stam dps pet. One pet for each role.

    I would Change Storm Calling probably.
    I know it's on me, and For my character, who is a sorceress, She's against Dark Magic and All things Daedra. So All of her power is Storm Calling.
    Which had me thinking this isn't what a Sorcerer, in my book, is. A Sorcerer should have a wide assortment of powers.
    And we have destruction Staves, but why is Lightning/Electricity Magic all that they can do?
    If my Sorceress could rain down powerful Blizzards and frost spells on her own without a Ice Staff that would be cool.
    the Sorcerer should have all Elemental Spells at their own disposal.

    1. Opposite resource Siphoning Attacks. Spend Magicka to gain Magicka? Total BS.
    2. Increase the Bear Ultimate damage back to where it was before Murkmire or more. Wardens were never OP, we didn’t deserve a nerf to a DOUBLE BAR ULTIMATE.
    3. Pre Murkmire Artic Blast. A very fun skill that didn’t need a useless stun.

    Mutagen effect baseline. One morph has a chance on tick to jump to another target (once per application) and the other morph garuntees the hot is applied to the caster for double the potency WHILE SLOTTED.

    - this makes regeneration attractive for larger group use, and the selfish morph would give healer builds a defensive option that isnt a sheild or snb but they have to commit to the resto bar to benefit from the strong hot -

    Strife hots only override themselves when a stronger instance of the hot is checked on the recipient

    - this will make it so casting strife subsequently after landing a strong crit cast wont feel as punishing since in pvp, defensive abilites are always used and this greatly effects the damage outcome and thus makes the hot value very volatile -

    Obsidian shard and cuaterize projectile speed doubled.

    - dk healing is resource intensive and a bit abstract, which is fine, but the reliability of its 2 strongest heals shouldnt be in question -

    Magma shell should grant a (non buff catagory, similar to BS) flat physical and spell resistance buff in addition to its current effect for recipients of the ult.

    - barrier is ALMOST superior in every regard to shell. Magma shell granting a flat resistence buff lends itself nicely to the theme of dk. The addition of sheilds benefiting from resistance provides a nice chunky defense boost. The ult is expensive, it should feel good to slot and use. If you value the hot and regen afforded by barrier then that can be the consideration -

    Templar shards should have one morph return a portion of stamina to the tamplar who casted it when an ally synergizes (a version of this existed on the ptr at one point)

    - this would help templar tanks in a big way with their sustain along with creating a nice bit of assistance to nearby DDs and in some scenarios lightning the load a bit for templar healers in both GCD healing window and ability bar space -

    Give twilight matriarch morph a 28m attack range (honestly not sure if it does already) and adjust the ai so that it never leaves the sorcs side

    - the sorc should have to commit to protecting the pet to benefit from its ability but it should not wander off or los its owner. This is mainly an issue on console, however in general, eso's ui doesnt really leave room for a sophisticated pet control scheme for clarity and i see little reason to shoehorn a sloppy pet micro setup into the game. Leave the commitment to double barring and spending magicka to shield and heal it, nothing more -

    Just a couple, sorry @Tasear i know you only asked for one XD

    Oh, I'd just make it so that vigour/caltrops wasn't locked behind PvP.
    So they raised the floor and lowered the ceiling. Except the ceiling has spikes in it now and the floor is also lava.

    Conceled weapon should be range skill.

    Shrouded daggers should bounce to all enemies in aoe.

    Pulsar shouls cause maim instead of mangle.
