    Make Snipe the Bow Ultimate and swap it with rapid fire as a bow spammable.

    Remove or shorten cast time on snipe, adjust damage, maybe give another buff or debuff. Or make it do initial damage and a DoT, like a bleed or something

    Rapid fire becomes a 1s or less burst channel, adjust damage, apply a debuff that is not readily available elsewhere, minor brutality maybe?

    Rapid fire should help Bow DDs in PvE have a reliable spammable. Snipe would give a nice burst ultimate. PvP players would be happy with snipe spam from stealth being removed. Could still gank but would need burst from ult to be saved up, which could change the combo around.

    Hm. I want to be able to heal on my stamina sorcerer. Strange wish, maybe.

    I'd like the matriarch to scale off max ressources.
    I'd like mend wounds to scale off the light/heavy attack damages, regardless of the ressources. Just switch the damages to heals. And then apply the heal modifiers.
    And why not let the undaunted orbs also scale off max ressources ?

    Give Soothing Spores a cleanse instead of the healing at a distant. Stam players aren’t healers there’s no need for it

    Second choice to change a skill would be to revert the recent shield change and just add a 4 second debuff where the next shield would double in cost if used in that time. Like sorc blink.

    That would make us use shields more tactically. The current change did not effectively change shields, just make them weaker. Zos forgets where they have found success previously.

    Like a magicka fatigue?

    With miss chance thing dodge chance. ESO used to have both. Now they have pretty much have neither. lol.

    With miss chance it was a debuff placed on enemies in the area which is why bosses were immune. Dodge chance as a buff we placed on ourselves.

    Is sustain a skill? If so then I would reverse the sustain nerfs. Otherwise I'd change sword and board. Maybe a toggle to build for damage or defense, or just raise the dps some on it. Love the look, hate the fact that Zos thinks you're just a meat shield instead of a different combat style.(tell the Spartans theyre weaker because they use a shield.) Give it some offense passives

    In PVP, the most over-performing skill by a significant margin IMO is cloak. And yes, I play NB a fair amount. Do with that what you will.

    1) Make mutagens cleanse not a conditional health proc but an effect that always happens. This effect should cleanse snares/roots as well and confer 4 second cc immunity. Mag toons almost have to carry a resto in PVP for others benefit. How about getting something out of it themselves. Since virtually every stam ability has a snare, a universal snare drop for mag toons seems a pretty necessary counterplay.


    Other ideas:

    2) Bring back the old, real, siphoning strikes as a psyjic line ability with a mag and stam morph. The wobbler talks a lot about resource management but there arn't really any good abilities to do this with any more. Resource management is really just being out of resources and holding left click. And no, spell sym is not resource management. It is assisted suicide given the amount of health we have to run do to their crazy dps checks (even that is usually not enough to make hard modes checks). Siphoning strikes was by far the most well designed resource management ability because it's requirement for light attacks to keep it running kept people from using it to sustain permanently in PVP since you couldn't block proc it.

    3) Some better resto staff group HOT's that work when the group is spread and maybe a circle of protection like thing for when it is not. Right now healing is not really healing. Combat prayer, orbs, healing springs, eled, shards. You are only really doing one of these for heals (though a couple heal incidentally) and even that one returns resources. Healers are 75% about resource return and this they do with massive insufficiency. It is little wonder they are not brought on 4 man stuff. In a lot of 12 man stuff they are now assigned to kiting rolls outside of group for significant portions of a fight basically because it is better to loose a healer than a dps when dps checks are the key to almost all content. Rather than *** about people not bringing healers on content, why don't you look at the garbage utility you have actually given them. They are 75% about sustain and I have never once in a raid been able to sustain with them. I end up just doing a full heavy rotation all the time that I hate and requires nothing from them at all. Meanwhile, between the time they spend trying to keep up sustain buffs and the low health buffer I have to run to make your crazy dps checks I end up needing to do most of my own defense anyway and slot a shield + a HOT to cover for insufficient heals. Our healers arn't bad mind you. ZOS has just given them terrible tools to do a poorly defined role in mechanics that often totally defeat the tools they have which basically require everybody to be stacked for the heals and combat prayer buffs.



    I am currently worried for the future of ESO. Population seems like it is in free fall and the cancellation of the North America in-person gathering feels very much like pulling the plug. Kudos on fixing the in-game economy though. Clearly whatever gold shenanigans were happening the last couple years are fixed.

    I have a laundry list of skill changes that I have been writing up specifically for a thread discussion about rebalancing classes and you want me to pick only 1 of the numerous suggestions I have? You monster.

    Mark Target - Reworked to apply Minor Lifesteal from the target instead of Major Fracture/Breech + a Heal on Death
    Piercing Mark - Applies Minor Fracture/Breech
    Reapers Mark - Applies Minor Magicka and Stamina Steal.

    This is completely taken out of context of my entire class reworks and seems OP as a result but I can assure you, if my other ideas for classes were implemented alongside this, it wouldn't be seen as such. I'm just restraining myself for the sake of the topic at hand.

    If I had to pick one thing...

    Light Armor > Evocation > Add a 3rd rank that boosts regen to 6% and cost reduction to 3% per piece.
    Meduim Armor > Wind Walker > Add a 3rd rank that boosts regen to 6% and cost reduction to 3% per piece.

    Resource sustain has taken more fun than anything out of the game for me.

    I have a Stamina Warden Healer. It's supposed to be a fun support build, in pve or pvp. Obviously not endgame but it is deffinatly viable and useful. Echoing Vigor + Powerful Assault on a Dark Elf Vampire is really fun.

    Personally I would rework igneous weapons in a way that it benefits stam dps builds that dont want to rely on momentum or flying dagger.(idea is to make this major+minor brutality for the caster plus some damage boost like maybe bonus poison damage on hit or target loses poison resistance. That sort of thing. Ideally costing about 990 stamina so that its a free self buff but can't be abused to proc helping hands)

    Secondly I would rework noxious completely I guess. It just doesnt work. Its a lesser sub assault in every way possible.

    Other than those two trapping webs could also use some buffs. Its just bad.

    I would love a morph of Lightning Splash that was a single target dot but still retained the area damage. To be more clear it would behave similarly to Lightning Form, but instead you place it on the target and it damages them and enemies around them, and moves with the initial target instead of being stationary.

    Furthermore I would change the synergy Lightning Splash grants to be a cloak of lightning around themselves which deals damage to nearby enemies for 10 seconds. During this period it would also give a minor buff as well, maybe berserk or minor force. As it is the synergy doesn't feel like you want to go out of your way to get it, you just activate it if you so happen to be standing there, or it's just there for the tank to proc Roar or Alkosh.

    For sorcs, I'd say I'd change charged storm atronach into an air atronach that spins in a circle doing physical damage. Something similar to the Ra Kotu boss in HRC. It'd be a great addition to stam sorcs imo.

    For wardens, I'd change arctic blast from that **** stun back to what it was, but have it scale with magicka instead of health.

    For DKs, I'd change that one skill, flames of oblivion i think its called, and make it so it actually feel worth using. It would deal strong fire damage, and leave a dot on the target.

    For NBs, I'd change dark cloak from a heal to a damage mitigation skill. Something like 10-20%.

    And I dont play templars enough to know anything about the skills.

    Does Fletcher Infection work for anyone? I've tried it in a bunch of different rotations, but it never seemed helpful.
