I'd like mend wounds to scale off the light/heavy attack damages, regardless of the ressources. Just switch the damages to heals. And then apply the heal modifiers.

LOL. Nearby enemies had a chance to miss and be set off balance for a few seconds. Radiant execute replaced it.
Good skill but did not work on bosses.
Second choice to change a skill would be to revert the recent shield change and just add a 4 second debuff where the next shield would double in cost if used in that time. Like sorc blink.
That would make us use shields more tactically. The current change did not effectively change shields, just make them weaker. Zos forgets where they have found success previously.
Like a magicka fatigue?
Give Soothing Spores a cleanse instead of the healing at a distant. Stam players aren’t healers there’s no need for it
Warden > Change Cliff Racer to Ice Wraith and make it do frost damage.
Dragon Knight > Reduce the cool down of combustion to 2 seconds.
Nightblade > Give Funnel Health its damage back.
Templar > Fix Puncturing Sweeps and Bitting Jabs so they hit better.
Sorcerer > Some sort of sustain buff. Not sure what...
If I had to pick one thing...
Light Armor > Evocation > Add a 3rd rank that boosts regen to 6% and cost reduction to 3% per piece.
Meduim Armor > Wind Walker > Add a 3rd rank that boosts regen to 6% and cost reduction to 3% per piece.
Resource sustain has taken more fun than anything out of the game for me.
