Yeah Gina gets triggered by "E SO"It's an acronym like other acronyms - USA, IBM, FBI or CNN.
And so I treat it the same way.
Plus, every time I have watched them, ZOS staff, from Matt Firor down, treat it as such.
They are three separate words, so the first letter of each word gets pronounced - E.S.O. being an acronym of Elder Scrolls Online. If the actual name was Elderscrolls Online or Elder ScrollsOnline then maybe ES O or E SO would make sense

Do you also say Z-O-S?

It's an acronym, not a word.

There is no Rule to this...we are lazy creatures and we just say things the easiest way we are comfortable with
No, I don't say either ZOS or Z.O.S as both sound daft, I prefer the full, formal name... and as for rules, that's what grammar is all about. There is very much a rule that applies to this, as this kind of "acronym" is called an "Initialism" and each initial is pronounced separately

Simple poll to see how everyone pronounces ESO.
Poll options are the two most common I've heard and included an other options for people who might use a mix or other ways.
I'm terrible with knowing how to type phenetically as well so hopefully these options make sense.

E-S.... wait can we get y'all to focus to get in the devs to fix the game? It's hella broke right now.

Yes, cause this thread is so captivating that the devs can't take their eyes of it to do their job, for shame OP for making just a dastardly thread. I can picture OP now:
