Now i don't understand why anyone should use class skills.

The reason there is always a nb ability on these types of screencaps is because of the personality archtype that comes with the rogue nightblade stealth ganker class. As such generally you will see the cheese before the whine. To suggest nb is more broken then any other class or shields or whatever is pretty sad though as currently the best armor for every class in the game and every subset of playstyle in the game is torugs and enchant stacking. Regen? Sure! Anything you want you can get from torugs regardless of your class.

we need a hotfix for bleeds proccing offhand enchants on cd, its gamebreaking.

If they gave a *** they would have listened to player feedback in the PTS cycle, they didn't. you really expect a hotfix?.

Every "broken" thing has an upside. In this case, the only upside is PvE. Time to farm those trial skins and achievements until they fix this in an incremental...in a month or so.

Considering how long it took for them to nerf resource poisons' intended 30% value, and Willow's Path's bugged 5th piece bonus, a month would be a miracle regardless of if it's broken or not.
