No that would still leave them not working as intended and thats was not good not they work as intended but failed but allowing dual wield to be over powered to now being the best option in most gameplay.
DW needs a boost considering that it USED to be the only way to run 2 sets plus monster. Then the two-handed whiners got a HUGE boost by having the two-hander count as 2 pieces for sets.
That was HUGE. Depending on what set you are wearing, that gave an instant DPS or survivability boost.
It's about time DW got SOMETHING to compensate.
Today ZOS posted that they are making a change to prevent dots from proccing enchants. Still this doesn't address the underlying issue of DW having 2 full strength enchants and full strength infused/nirn traits.
Instead of addressing DW, they are just nerfing accross the board.

DW always had 2 full strenght enchants and infused/nirn traits, even before this patch when no one care about them
torug DW magblade was already a thing long time before murkmire and no one complained about that, so it will be the same than before murkmire and this is the mechanic who make it worth since 2h/destro/resto became 2pcs
DW was fine before the bug and it's the same after the fix, that's all.
