Bit of an overreaction, but yeah. Its one of the best builds. Use zaan or troll king with it.
Good burst and pressure dmg, decently fast, shade and run to escape, good sustain.

Stamsorc benefits more from spin2win as it's called, and does benefit from bleeds. But Stamblade is the king when it comes to bleeds. Getting 28% extra damage from class and a class major defile they can really add a lot of pressure. It's quite a common meta tbh.

28% extra damage? Where did ya pull those numbers out of?

Assassination Ultimate and Assassin's Will = 20% + 8%, respectively.

None of them is extra damage per say. One is a non-class specific buff, Minor Berserk, that anyone can use. Another is an ultimate and guess what, every single ultimate has second effects.

Was that so hard?

OP might be being a baby but this is inaccurate.
Those two both have to use medium to utilise medium evasion and they have no single-target skills to use against people running major evasion.
NB definitely benefits the most.

Are we pretending Blade Cloak doesn't exist? NBs can't even use it anyways as it breaks cloak.
