Swift Trait Nerf: 6% (5% at purple) does not justify the stat loss any more.

18% movement speed for 300~ wp dmg equivalent. Now its a tradeoff. Before it was just a no brainer.

I just don't like the way they handle speed. It was better imho, when mobility mostly came from class abilities, and it was one of the pros or cons for running that class.
Now with Maj expedition from pots and swift, it's all from gear. It's just another loss of class-diversity, and without compensation to those classes who traditionally had mobility as a unique part of their toolkit. Not only that, they homogenised all the class sources of major expedition too!

I also don't like that you can just walk away from someone slower.. It makes melee useless against speedsters, and they don't even need to have a ton of speed boosts. Fought a guy yesterday who was chasing a friendly, I gap-closed him from behind, tried to snare (rending), wouldn't fire, out of range.. All he was doing was walking away from me. Gap-closed again, same again.. Sprinted, hit him with it, he was immune to the snare, couldn't follow up with surprise attack(or even heavy attack) - out of range.
This guy was only slightly faster than me.. yet almost completely immune to any attacks I tried to throw his way. And this to me, showcases a broken combat system.

It needs looking at as a whole. Imho, once in combat, you're on combat. Everyone should move at the same default speed.
Escape should only be possible with cc use (and countered by more cc). And by specific class(or armour) abilities. Snares should have their own cc-immunity like hard-cc's do, and there should be no abilities that give you immunity to them.

Nah, homogenising class speed but varying build speed is the wrong way around.

I'm happy with this nerf, finally its somehow balanced. Btw x3 u have 18% so u only lost 12% which isnt big deal, and if your build needed some speed u still will using this, if not it mean it was broken compare to other's traits.

Overload rework. Power Overload now does physical damage and grants you the power of a tornado: You throw a brick at the target with a light attack, and you hammer your head into that brick with every heavy attack. We have decreased its Ultimate cost, but increased the chance that you get stuck in the animation.
