Since when can't you throw people of walls anymore in PvP using flame reach

Did i miss that in the patch notes? Tried over 5 people standing on ledges and so far they went up but not 5 meters back so just landed back on where they stood on the wall.

    Isn't that how npcs behave in pve, when you try the same thing. maybe thats connected.
    What are Natch Potes? Can you eat those?

    Can you look into this. I want to toss people of the bridges when next update comes out.

    Flame reach and dizzy swing seem to bug it out sometimes. It seems to depend on how close they are or what's below. I have gotten flame reach to work a few times, I don't use dizzy swing so I can't speak for that.

    Bringing the floor up so the nooblets that camp at edges spamming snipe don't die as easily.

    DB patch notes : You will no longer fall through Outpost or Keep grates when hit by abilities that cause knockbacks.

    So will be tied to that.

    You can knock people off walls. I just did it a bunch of times last night. Your not doing it right. If you hit them on an angle they will go straight up. If they are too far away from the ledge they will go straight up. (Sometimes it looks like they are close enough but they are really not) If they are moving they will go straight up.

    You got to flame clench perfectly straight and get a sense of the exact max range for knocking them off the ledge. If they are moving forget about it. Either wait to line up the shot or move onto a stationary target.

    This was never the case before Dragon Bones.

    Look at the video of the thread I posted. It shows 2 different scenarios for the 4 moves that “knockback “

    It happened when they "fixed" the knocking through the grates at outposts. But they went to far, you cant even knock people off the outcroppings on keeps or outposts anymore, wohoo to the casuals who complained about it and got it nerfed.

    I got knocked through the grates one time and never had it happen again because im not a potato.
    I remember one outpost take where i knocked the same person off the walls 7 times, those are the people who got it nerfed because ZoS hand holding is apparently easier than learning stuff...cuz lernin is hards...

    There was a bug with flame reach that would knock you through the grate above the inner keep front door. When ZOS "fixed" that bug I think they also "fixed" the ability to knock people off walls with that specific skill.

    I do know the Templar spear will knock people off. I do it all the time :D

    But those days will be over with Murkmire (knock down instead of knock back). Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

    Huh, and this whole time I thought they were referring to one of the many instances where your character falls through the world to their death. Crit charging resource guards ring any bells?

    I haven't crit rushed into a blue screen or flown off into the netherworld in a long time thankfully!

    Hehe, what bridges!?! They will be destroyed pretty much 24-7. But yes, if there's an issue with this knockback, then it would be great to get it fixed. I know you can't make people fall thru the grates in keeps anymore. I really didn't see a problem with that one =/
