It ends the way that lets ZoS look the best, and you're eating it up.
I haven't laughed this much in a long time, thank you to every fanboy that has screamed about ZO$ doing such a great thing for the community when in reality, they're just boosting sales because that's all they care about as a company and you people are dumb enough to fall for it.
Lets be serious. Whatever number ZOS magically came up with to complete this even is already reached. They most likely set it real low to guarantee it would succeed.
I already own several houses etc, however non have a view like the Villa, i reallllly want it and would use it as my primary.
Um, it's blatantly obvious that every time ANY company does something "nice" for their customers, it's for the purposes of marketing and public relations. That's no surprise. Literally no one is being fooled by that. Not sure why you feel the need to belittle and insult people who are enjoying the freebies. Hope you don't treat your friends that way.I haven't laughed this much in a long time, thank you to every fanboy that has screamed about ZO$ doing such a great thing for the community when in reality, they're just boosting sales because that's all they care about as a company and you people are dumb enough to fall for it.
I love using the PTS to test out my wild and crazy house ideas. Buying things on the PTS doesn't effect my real game. So i go buy anything and everything that COULD work and test it out on the PTS then it costs me a lot less on the regular server.
Marketing ploy?
Bribery ?
Fake gona get the house anyway scheme?
Generous gift to the community?
Just something to make the playerbase happy?
Diabolical plan to take over the world?
I don't care what it is or what people want to believe it is.
This event has created excitement and a sense of cooperation in the community, something that has been lacking for a long time.
I was planning on probably buying it anyway. I've even saved crowns for it.
I would be thrilled to get it for free and maybe use the crowns for a furniture pack or two or for something else.
They already have my money so it will be a huge bonus to get for the event and o can use my crowns for other things.
Can you actually visit this house ?
Why would you want to empty your former home?- It is not as if you would have to move - you have several houses and each can be furnished and decorated - there is not need to move your stuff around.

We've seen all the posts about people helping each other get the Achievement and it's fantastic.

I didn't pitch in at all, and won't probably, sorry about that.
I feel like that person that doesn't bring anything to the potluck but still eats the free food.

This was a brilliant marketing campaign imho. Whoever came up with this idea needs a raise. Seriously.

I asked the same question yesterday.
Go to the College of Psijic Ruins, just to the west of the Sload crafting station on Artaeum.
After you go through the front door, look for an open doorway on the right, and go up those stairs.
Go out the door; the portal a few steps in front of you after you go through that door will bring you to the VIlla preview.

I wouldn't say as a kind gesture, I would say to prevent everyone from leaving the game.
Wow. Someone needs to make a video tour of this house and post it. Maybe it's already done?
But it's a fantastic home, in case some are on the fence about doing the achievement on all your available servers.
Lots of water, a waterfall, so spacious. Hard to believe, but TIA, Z (hopefully).
