Reasons why you will never switch platforms

Friends. Guilds. Missing a lot of the stuff I have on the platform I play on.

I had it on PS4. Got it when they did the thing where you could get it at a discount of you bought the PC version before a certain time and got my account copied over. But while I played it for a while, the lack of friends playing, and no text chat at the time killed it for me. PC all the way.

Occasionally, folks switch from playing ESO on one platform to another. I'd like this to be a thread for us to explore reasons why we would never switch platforms. ;)

Aside from probably having to buy a new (and expensive) computer and not being thrilled at the prospect of others using cheese add-ons, the main reason I would never switch platforms is I've accumulated a lot of collectibles. Until there is a way to at least transfer those to a new platform, there is absolutely no way I'm ever going to switch. Aesthetics are a huge part of my character designs, and to have no access to my motifs, pets, and mounts? Yeah, no, nope, and never.

I switched early this year from PS4(CP 1000) had several houses, skins, character slots, storage thingys and ***. I had to level my way back up and buy some stuff not gonna lie but I'm not regretting it.

You can't imaging the difference between this two platforms, that's the reason why I rofl all the time when People QQ about Performance issues on PC I figured out that PC is pretty much vanilla mode compared to console. I totally understand people switching as it's just like a million times more comfortable with better performance and way easier.
