1) The PC is more likely to be free than the TV in my house so it's easier to play ESO whenever I want.
2) I'd have to start completely from scratch - new characters, none of the collectables, DLC etc. I've earned or bought (including some I couldn't get again like the beta monkey and the scuttler pet), new guilds etc.
3) I see absolutely no benefit in doing so. Why buy another copy and go through all of the above to play the same game I've already got via a difference machine? If I really wanted to I could hook the PC up to the TV and use a controller and achieve the same effect.
4) I've just been reminded that our PS4 is short on hard drive space as it is (even with an upgrade) and the last thing it needs is ESO on there as well.

Never figured out how to use an ability, slot gear, find ad ons, while I was on PC. The game was basically graphically good looking but played like straight trash for me. Actually, don’t think I made it out of glenumbra. Transferring to console was the best decision I’ve made for ESO.
I looked for apps to give controller support. That was frustrating as well. If finding and configuring ad ons are anything like that...console doesn’t need it. This isn’t the kind of nonsense I want to do. I just want to play the game.

I use an XBox-1 controller on the PC and it works wonderfully. All I had to do was go into settings and change it to controller and plug it in. I use to be a K & M user for years and years but I don't have the dexterity any longer. Age some times takes things away. Add on's are easy to get and use.. If you're familiar with Google than it's easy.
