Weapon Glyphs damage still bugged.

A year ago I outlined this issue, and it's still not fixed. Can you please take a look a this.

Weapon Attacks and Direct damage skills, use Master-at-Arms to modify the Glyph damage done,
Wall of elements, Barrage, uses Thaumaturge, when the weapon enchant procs.

If you specced low on Thaumaturge, and start fight with Wall of elements for example. The Weapon glyph will proc at lower damage.

Weapon damage procs should always use direct damage,
Possibly Thaumaturge could modify Secondary effects like poisoned, burning etc.

    Yep, totally ignored for year. Most of players have no idea about it either still. (i reported it again in december last year and during summerset pts...)

    This can have quite a big impact on DPS, if there is a big difference between how you specced Master-at-Arms - Thaumaturge. Especially if you're using infused, or Torug's pact as well. It can vary by up to 3000 dmg or so on a crit, depending on if the proc is triggered by direct damage skills or the ground skills like wall of elements.

    Only if you specced master-at-arms and Thaumaturge somewhat even, you wont notice much difference in the numbers.

    Because of this bug I don't use the dmg glyphs (poison, fire, shock etc) on characters with a big difference in Thaumaturge and and master-at-arms. I'd rather go with the glyph that increases weapon/spell damage.

    ZOS please fix this!

    But isn't it good that players have control over which CP star it uses? If they always did direct damage then thaumaturge builds would suffer a loss. This way, you can control what star is used by starting the fight a certain way.

    You dont have any control. You apply weapon DoT skill on frontbar and weave spammable and if it happens that DoT skill procced enchant it will be Thaumaturge buffing it but if you manage to proc it with light attack or that spammable it will be Master at Arms buffed enchant. Just random...
