PTS Update 20 - Feedback on Eidetic Memory book fixes

Not sure where this topic belonged, so made a thread for it on its own. Well, first of all, a huge THANK YOU for finally looking into some of the Eidetic Memory book bugs, especially the Summerset ones, that also affected me.

I reported some of these several times in various channels, and it's nice to see them fixed. Going forward, it would be nice if you didn't make more new books in new zones bugged when you created them, but instead made sure that ALL books are available to read an obtain from the BEGINNING when creating new zones. That way we wouldn't have to keep bugging you about this every update. Please make sure to tell this to your zone and content designers.

Also, the "Writ of Valid Credentials" from the "Summerset Scrolls" section hasn't been fixed yet from what I can read from the patch notes. It is a book that's part of the quest "Culture Clash", along with two other books or writings. Please make these 3 writings available after the quest has been done, somewhere near the Alinor Palace. Writ of Valid Credentials is the one I'm missing personally, I know others are missing the 2 others.

And finally, the 3 research notes at Sil-Var-Woad in Summerset also seem to be unobtainable after having done the quest there, the house they are in is quest-locked afterwards. I can't test this right now since I'm on EU and my character hasn't been ported, but I'll log on and test it on the PTS when I get character ported. But from what I can see, these 3 books still aren't obtainable currently.

I'll come back and update this thread about the Sil-Var-Woad books and the "Culture Clash" books once I get my character on the PTS.

I'm also incredibly pleased by the Eidetic Memory fixes. However, there are definitely some more that need to be fixed.

- As @Carbonised mentioned, the Writ of Valid Credentials and the Sapiarch's Recommendation from the "Culture Clash" quest in Summerset don't have any place you can get them after completing the quest.
- Likewise, the Invitation to the Kinlady's Conference from the "Queen's Decree quest lacks a post-quest acquisition location
- Orders to Halskar in the Eastmarch quest "Blindsided" also lacks a post-quest acquisition location
- So does Rhanbiq's Notes from the Hew's Bane quest "The One that Got Away"
- While No Reason to Worry can allegedly be obtained after the quest needed to access that area ("Moonsugar Medicament") by partying with someone who has the quest, it would be better if this book had a post-quest location outside that otherwise-inaccessible room
- There are two versions of the Tome of the Undaunted- one signed, the other unsigned- and the unsigned version has absolutely no means of obtaining it once you hit the proper level and sign the book. Additionally, you can't interact with the EP version of the signed Tome, or the DC version outside Wayrest.

In PvP lands:
- Both the Informational Request from Emeric and the Updated Instructions from Dortene need means of acquiring them outside the DC spawn gate area, just like the messages from the other alliances.
- The EP Plea for the Elder Scrolls will often get stuck inside the pillar on which it's supposed to rest and be uninteractable and require quickly logging in and logging out in order to maybe, possibly fix it - a problem given that it is very deep into enemy territory and surrounded by NPCs who have no problems killing you.

While not technically an issue, it would be preferable if those books which were only found in random bookshelves (Introduction to Aedric Studies; The Distributed Soul; The Year 2920, Vol. 27 to name a few) also had static locations elsewhere in the world.

On the whole, thank you for fixing more of the broken books added with Summerset. Hopefully, the above list will help you in trying to fix the others, so that we the players are actually able to collect all the books, even if we're not on a certain alliance or don't read a book during the very short quest step in which the book's in our inventory. It's always a joy for me to hunt down the new books after each release, but having some that I can't get on my main for one reason or another can be very disappointing.

ZOS, PLEASE make sure that "Fellrunner Failure?", "Findings on the Elmenental Volatility of Imps" and "Report on Wing Rot Curative Trials" at Sil-Var-Woad are obtainable after their quest too. Last time I checked, they are inside a quest locked house where you cannot enter after having finished the "Untamed and Unleashed" quest.

Also, "Writ of Valid Credentials" and the other 2 books for "Culture Clash" quest are still unobtainable after the quest is done. Please fix these books also!
