You're wrong. Some pvp healers do care. If I -as healer- have to choose: rez mate in less than 2 sec and have 1.7k magicka for it or have any other bonus and rez the same mate in 2.5 sec... will still wear Old Good Kag. 222 +spell damage is also niceI consider the 5th bonus of this set trash:

(5 items) Decrease time to resurrect an ally by 25%. When you successfully resurrect an ally, you restore 1720 Magicka.
(5 items) Adds 222 Spell Damage
No one cares about the time to resurrect an ally.
