This is probably the most exciting thing in the update

do you know how many times theyve said their listening and turn right around and break the issue worse and leave it alone for months? there are bugs that were reported over 2 years ago that are still in the game getting worse every day. do you really think their listening or are they just saying that to shut us up???

Yeah, I think that they are listening. If they were trying to shut us up, they wouldn't be so quiet. How much priority they assign to bug fixes is a more appropriate discussion, but for another thread.

Am I the only one disappointed here? They said Murmire is only as big as Clockwork city. But realistically, it should be more or less Vvardenfell sized. Obviously if the devs say it'll be the size of Clockwork city, they are probably right, but it feels like that's really not all that much.

Please tell me I got something majorly wrong and Murmire doesn't span from Lilmoth (confirmed location to feature in Murkmire) all the way to Helstrom and from Gideon (confirmed location) to Archon. Hopefully it's just west Black march (which would still be a let down but not as much).

When asked how to get to Murkmire, Rich said that there was a boat. That makes me think that it is not connected to Shadowfen and that there is no way to walk to it. My guess is that there is something between Murkmire and Shadowfen. Murkfen? Shadowmire?

100% agree, liked the head, but the tail is ridiculous. I expected more wamasu style mount

I'm sure the mount they showed is just a reskinned bear. But it's just a freeby for ESO+. So, they may be saving some other more interesting reptilian mounts for the crown store. Let's hope they're not just skyfire reptile bears or whatever :/

Probably by clearing vet Blackrose Prison, and doing a few achievements too.

@lordrichter He said we would arrive in Lilmoth and from earlier talks about Murkmire we know about Gideon. So yeah. That is already Vvardenfell sized and sounds like it would be connected to Shadowfen. We can only hope that it is only west Blackmarsh. Or that Gideon is a lot further south than we previously thought.

I just hope they won't point to that line in lore where it says "the exact size of blackmarsh is unknown" and then say "well, seems like it's smaller than we all thought".

So many people on these forums act like ZOS are "evil" and only have bad intensions. As if they are downright lousy human beings who only want the worst for their player base. Why do people act like this? ZOS is not some humanitarian organization, they are a business. And I bet they are enthusiastic about their product. They are not the devil. You can disagree and all, but come on, be adults about it.

Actually you answered your own question. Just because Zenimax is a business they don't need to act how THEY do. Why are you giving a Zenimax a pass just because it's a company?

It's the lack of communication that get most people upset. Yes I know why companies don't do this because someone out there will turn those words around into more negative. So they stay quiet. When companies/governments are quiet adults get upset. It's human nature in wanting to know what is going on.

It's damned if you do, damned if you don't sadly.

Might be a reskinned sabre cat mount, but I won't know unless we see it running. I really hope they didn't chose the bear, with its derpy, bouncy running animation.

For me, I am excited to see Argonia or so I kept calling it in Arena. Ever since then I always wanted to visit the Black Marsh. I was hoping for underwater cities or towns because of Daggerfall had a bit of some good underwater exploration. Seeing how TES games came along and had less and less water abilities I gave up hope for it.

Still like to see what they do with Argonians here and see how they actually live. What I have seen so far is how I imagined it, so really liking what they are doing. Just hope not everything is like this, would like to see other terrain besides marshes. Not sure if we will see it in this DLC but hoping more for later.

I think that's why we didn't see it running.

I checked one of my bears for comparison. It has the same long neck and stumpy tail. The same broad hips. It walks the same way.

I'd be pleased if it wasn't a bear, but I'm pretty sure it is.

Argh. You're probably right, then. I guess I don't want it after all. There's a reason that the bears are the only mounts in the game I won't use.

I had a thought that they split it up into separate maps like Artaeum/Summerset but shrinking it seems likely. :/

When asked how to get to Murkmire, Rich said that there was a boat. That makes me think that it is not connected to Shadowfen and that there is no way to walk to it. My guess is that there is something between Murkmire and Shadowfen. Murkfen? Shadowmire?

In southern Shadowfen, there is a rickety old bridge over a river that leads to a blocked path. I always assumed this would be the road to Murkmire. I could've sworn that if you approach it even displays "Murkmire" in the UI but grayed out, but I haven't been there for years so I may be misremembering.

Anyway, first thing I'm doing when PTS is up is checking out that path to see if it's properly connected.

There's blank space on the map (as in: enough blank space to put another small to medium size zone there) between Shadowfen and Murkmire, so I know the bridge @opaj is talking about in Shadowfen, but I doubt it will take you to Murkmire.

is definitely not the Murkmire map.

The Murkmire map is on the South coast of Black Marsh a little bit West of being directly South of Shadowfen.

I really didn't do much other than run around checking out the scenery (which IMO looks way more like a real swamp than Shadowfen), because I didn't want to spoil things for myself for when it comes on Live and I take my main Argonian there.

I think they said those are different teams. I can't remember if I read a Bethesda member say it here on the forums or they said it in the video. I could be wrong, but if true, the team who creates doesn't do the fixing when it's implemented into the system.
