So it procing from all melee damage is OP at 15%? It's just as powerful as Seventh legion & may have a higher chance based on type of damage taken.
Also I clearly stated from all damage sources or melee damage; Later I added in my second comment (since I forgot to in the OP) that DoT damage should be excluded.
I think those changes would be pretty decent for this set & nowhere near OP/BiS as you claim it to be. Also please don't talk about balance, don't need that coming from someone like yourself lol

The problem I pointed is to have BOTH an easy proc and an easy way to have the orb (aka the 12% more damage).
Having both would be OP, having one would be balanced. Make either the ball easy to get or make the ball easy to proc, choose but don't take the butter, the money of butter and the ass of the dairy.

Gallagher563✭✭✭I think a nice solution would be to make the damage increase a synergy (like orbs) that anyone could synergize and if it was on the global synergy cooldown it would not be OP but could add nice utility to a group.0

Read it again and wouldn't have understood your point until you re-clarified it, maybe be more concise with those short statements next time.
Your opinion is noted & if changes to occur to be more in the middle then so be it but as the set currently stands now, it's pretty stupid. Also I disagree with the 12 %damage being the issue but rather the resources you gain alongside the buff i.e health/stamina as many sets out preform that 12% with a more reliable occurrence e.g armor of truth, legions, etc.Edited by MaxwellC on August 10, 2018 1:41PM不動の Steadfast - Unwavering
