yea oblivion damage really just needs removed in all honesty. its the most controversial damage type ingame. they just need to replace it with something else that wont cause issues.

It needs to be a percentage. It should definitely be stackable asking for it not to be is just biased. You can heal through it that is the solution, just remember all you magsorcs and magblades out there.... stam has 0 mitigation get over it

The condition to proc this set is way to simple for what it does. Basically you just have to show up to the fight and that's it ... spreading inmitigatable stackable damage over time.

Given the ZOS's statement about what this set is supposed to be counter to I understand why it was adjusted this way, but generally I don't like the approach of balancing game by creating gear sets that will counter other players builds for you just by being worn by you when you show up for the action.

Now you gotta also run infused + blockade to really make it sing
