-Healthy Offering is very dangerous this patch with DoTs, so tread lightly with it.
*It can still heal through walls (yet to be confirmed whether this is intended or not).
For those who don't know, it creates a self DoT that cannot be purged (or bypassed with Shadowy Disguise) but heals teammates for a very comparable amount to that of Templar's Breath of Light.
-Ward Ally over Healing Ward is the better choice as the shield strength is too insignificant on this skill to take advantage of the heal.
*Radiating Regeneration + Refreshing Path with guaranteed Major Vitality is amazing for those few seconds -- you really don't need Healing Ward.
-Shadowy Disguise negates those nasty single-target DoTs while it is effective. It also allows you to reset and continue healing from the edge.
*Good players use counters, you will be in the thick of the action (AoEs) a lot of the time (even playing on the edge), you will be a target as a healer -- in other words don't always expect it to work or even save you.
**Also remember you are a healer so you can't spend all your time in the shadows and expect your team to survive.
-Shadow Image helps tremendously with resetting but the recent cost increase IS noticeable.
*If you are a Vampire (which may be viable for some), I would suggest Elusive Mist here.
**Efficient Purge is another good alternative here but it only has a 18m radius and is costlier so it's not always ideal or even sustainable.
While ZoS has made efforts to fix Shadow Image, it still has bugs involved with it -- this is why it is my Flex spot since I feel that I should have at least one.
-Manifestation of Terror is my go to for area denial. It works well because like Healthy Offering it is very inconspicuous. If you prefer Mass Hysteria for the instant Fear, go for it!
Time Freeze actually works better in CP related content but it is not sustainable in no-CP.
-Some may be wondering where Merciless Resolve is -- it got a 5% damage reduction nerf and for a healer I don't find it is worth the slot.
I don't even slot it anymore on my damage NB lol.
-Others may also be wondering where Soul Siphon is -- the cast time nerf hurt this Ultimate badly. I don't care what ZoS says - it can be interrupted, and you also have to anticipate casting it on your teammates before they even really need it -- waste. For that reason I am using Light's Champion for an "oh sh!t" heal.
-Sustain feels like forever, stats are well-balanced, competent teammates are surviving, mobility is great!
-I chose a Lightning Staff for my backbar for the Minor Vulnerability debuff. Very good uptime with the Charged trait!
-I'm no expert on CP setups but I listed what I have in my setup for what it's worth.
-The biggest reason to play a NB healer is that it's something different. For the most part I'm a non-conformist and I like doing things that others are either against or not doing. It's important that it works too, which in this case I find it does.

Would you consider Earthgore over Troll King? I’m experimenting between the two now I’m battlegrounds and I’m enjoying TK, but love the visual of EG.
Have you tried to heal morph of tether?
You named your build Bestower of Blood but you're not using one set that rains blood down your allies? 5/10 roleplaying

Cause a NB already has much HoTs and IMO the small oh-***-heal and small purge are better. I often cast mutagen, healing ward, mutagen if someone drops low.

Yes. It’s a 20 second buff and Siphoning has a 20 second duration, when you’re in your buff/kite phases you will apply this buff automatically. As long as your HoTs are running when you go back bar then it will proc.
I would suggest running inner light on both bars for more crit heals, more magicka, and more sustain. Maybe replace healthy offering and shadow image.

I tried out Sanctuary over Transmutation but ultimately returned to what I'm using in this build. Sanctuary puts out some really strong heals. However, 1k+ buff to crit resistance from Trans for yourself and teammates is amazing for survival.
I also tried out Mutagen but didn't like it as much as Rapid Regen.
Still haven't had an opportunity to farm the Earthgore helmet.

Definitely approve. Personally in small scale, i very much prefer to posses some form of lethal, and aim for 30/70 ratio of damage done to healing done. Offering itself is so damn good i actually have recently switched back to swollow soul for survival sustain. The healing component of funnel is not reduced by battle spirit ofc but the damage hits fairly weak unless you are finshing for strong procs on enemy pets and making sure to let the hot cook, not overriding with a weaker one. Minor vit plus minor mend and heavy passives on top of temporal gaurd and argonian is absolutely the sex.
I also have traditionally used mutagen with vma resto, esp in 5 heavy without eledrain. 1 bar trans is plenty with how many hots you have running and how often you bar swap. And yeah earthgore screams nb healer from ghe aesthetics alone XD.
Did i say offering was godlike? Because offering is godlike.really though, its *** godlike

Worked pretty well using your suggestion. Thanks for the input. Tough loss but almost hit the million club with it:
Nice build and gameplay! I myself love my magblade healer. I’m running transmutation and rattlecage on mine to open up a skill slot and the potions. Immov and tripots are very nice since im using destro resto. Also, i only have to change up a few skills for my heavy armor damage dealer setup.
I would comment though that i think you should try infused with spell damage glyph on your resto. Would probably output similar numbers in healing when it should matter, and you also deal more damage.
My build has a more offensive approach to healing, since in small scale, especially in BGs, you wont need to heal as much if your enemies are dead more quickly.
My suggestion, though it pains me to do so since it’s a class skill burst heal, is to remove healthy offering since healing ward already fills the spot for a burst heal, with the added pro of it working on yourself when you need it. I would slot merciless resolve on its place so i can deal more damage with funnel health (minor berserk) which would make it heal for more. Also having a burst skill to add to my teammates’ is also nice.
But hey, those are just my suggestions and you’re already doing great. Always nice to see a fellow magblade healer!

which class?

The build is working really well after Wolfhunter. I'd like to tweak a few things to see if I can get that healing even higher (my highest has been 1.5m now).
I also think with Murkmire, the new Resto staff will play out really good with this build and I'll be trading out my Maelstrom Resto staff (granted it remains how it is).

Eh whatever I’m feeling nice and been running it long enough, I’m share. Try out heavy tavas on your body over shacklebreaker and see what you think. I’ve been running heavy tavas, trans/lich + willpower 2h front bar for forward momentum. Been having a blast with this build with crazy support and ulti uptime + ~30k health in cyro lol.
