What makes incap OP?

At this point I just wish they would bring back the unkillable stamdk tanky in cyro so everyone can use them as a stress relief piñata ~

Hey, I swap leap out for magma shell when its time to walk through scattershot pools. It works and definitely lets you survive and laugh, provided you have a resto staff or other healing to tank the zerg waiting on the other side of the scattershot pool in the keep/outpost as well

I burst people easier with Leap than I do with Incap. Incap does a better job taking care of tanks, and heal bots however. They both have their merits. I think Leap is stronger most of the time though.

Maybe remove the major defile? Since its a disease based damage it has ten percent to apply disease status effect which is ( afaik) minor defile for 4 seconds. Thoughts?

Also i would like to ask since i didnt have any chance to try. When you kill someone with a random skill does soul harvest gain 10 ultimate? Or yo need to kill it with soul harvest so you can get the ult regen bonus? Also if you tab to other bar ( that has another ult) will it still get the 10 ultimate?

If you get a kill, period, with it slotted, you get the ultimate
Edit: that is the kill has to be made on the bar with soul harvest
