Yes, they need to nerf all the zero value armor in the wardrobes! And the Psijics were either professional thieves on the side, or were so focused on the arcane that they were constantly losing their keys..... based on the number of ancient lockpicks within!

All you get is lockpicks, style materials and armour/weapons with no gold value. Ive found some furniishings but even theyre not great.

Just leave it, its a bit petty to make the effort to stop us from farming there.

Exactly drop rates aren't off the charts good and it is a bit of FUN. Why are they nerfing fun for their player base? They can see how much people are enjoying it and I'd say current MM prices for the pieces are acceptable levels. You are nerfing our fun already ZOS by refusing to take action on the various bugs and performance issues in this game on both consoles and pc, don't take this away too.

Doesn't matter anyway, knowing them the next patch will just install another system error that will see us all crashing out immediately.

This is just purely SPITEFUL, and you should be ashamed of yourselves for sinking so low.

I have another idea on the room.
I ran TV twice this morning on two different characters. I got one blue recipe, 2 green recipes, 2 green non alinor prints, and a blue motif book. As well as some style mats and a quarter stack of lockpicks. Hardly a game economy breaking amount considering only the blue recipe and motif sell for over 100 gold BARELY. The rest are 30-50 gold items. Great for beginners not exactly something you want to fill a guild store with if your not a newbie to trading.

Vanus Galerion: Mannimarco! I'm telling the Ritemaster you're doing necromancy on students ZOS you have too many wardrobes!

Mannimarco: Vanus, you don't understand true genius. You're just jealous of my fine necromantic skills wardrobes.

Some people want to spend all their time learning blueprints for their fancy houses, and I don't see a problem with that.
I've been wrong before, and I'll be wrong again.

I went in Traitor's Vault for a few runs after hearing about this, and every time 80% of the wardrobes were empty anyway. Not worth my time really, nor is it worth dev time to monkey with dumb stuff like this.

The drop rate and chance of more rare items have been silently (ninja) nerfed already. As it is right now it's far from game breaking. Mostly you get nothing of value, or maybe a blue pattern worth 500 gold in guild stores.

Wait, ZOS is really considering nerfing the number of wardrobes in Traitor's Delve of all things?

Why is this even a problem? Given how ZOS can't even get daily rewards right I won't be surprised if they accidentally delete half the delve trying to "fix" this.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Well there you have it. An overwhelming majority of respondents want you to leave traitors vault how it is. I think the dev team needs to focus on more important things. Like why after last patch i have floors and walls disappearing, why we freeze and unfreeze sometimes until we relog but FPS and ping are both normal( also new), why animations get out of sync( it wont show me using any abilities and i will just stand there and then all of the sudden 4-5 fire all together and instant kill the target)...this is also new. In fact their are as many new bugs as there are prints. Maybe we should focus on the bugs and leave the wardrobes alone. #priorities.

I honestly don't mind the style mats, and all my characters now carry at least two stacks of lockpicks. I've gotten a few purple recipes of the regular styles that I didn't have, two purple Alinor and a bunch of green and blue. Averages out maybe one every two days if I'm lucky. Am farming these to learn, and swap doubles with guildies, not to sell.

    Please don't nerf...

On test they didn't remove any wardrobes. They just left all but about 8 of them empty.

ZOS has a very real economical interest in making horrible grinds that we don't enjoy. Far most crown wares are for "convenience" which means you can skip some crappy grind in exchange for your real money. If the game didn't have horrible grinds that people just want to skip, then the wonderful crown store would do very poorly.

Having players enjoy every aspect of the game is bad for business.

Funny you should say this. I was on PTS and checked on TV. Anytime I turned to face the "wardrobe wall" it would disappear, along with the floors. I could barely navigate back out of the room.

Every time I go in there, I feel like I’m competing with the guy who collected 40,000 lockpicks.

Seriously, I’ve done a bunch of runs since the PTS patchnotes hit and gotten mostly crap. I did get one purple Alinor furniture plan, but couldn’t make it because I had no Culenda stones (or whatever they’re called). I tried to buy them but none of my 3 prime-location trading guilds had any for sale, either. As usual, by the time I can actually craft the furniture for the region, the game will have moved on to the next region...or perhaps the one after that. There are still many Redguard furnishings that I can’t craft :(

Not being able to make my own furniture does *not* drive me to the crown store, ZOS. It just ticks me off and makes me lose interest in housing.

BTW, I checked on the PTS and the new version of Traitor’s Vault had only 8 lootable wardrobes—that’s a helluva nerf.

    ZOS Priority List

    1. We must reduce the number of wardrobes
    2. Put the walls back in the game.

    It should be slightly nerfed.
heres the one thing that yall dont get or understand im not sure. but ill try to break it down for you guys. this place drops blueprints at a stupid rate to the point tons of players have dropped alts in this exact area on every single instance. now this can cause lag, wall disappearences(more than with the usual bug) and various other server issues as well with so many in the same pinpoint area. this is of course a major call of concern and does need fixed before further issues start to derive from here.

There was nobody in Traitor's Vault (or even on Artaeum, that I could see) when I took the above screenie on test. What ever graphics tweaks they are testing are not working out as planned.

just because your instance has no one doesnt mean that no ones in that area in another. its a thing where if one is getting messed with all of them can feel the effects if theres to much stress. friends of mine have been running into lag particular only to that very room they leave it and their fine. so its a problem that got attention brought to it by just sheer volume which can lead to these issues.
