Summerset Eidetic books that need to be fixed

I saw nothing about fixing these in the PTS notes.

While I understand this is not a top issue for you, fixing these books to make them collectible for players is a very small issue that should take only a few minutes to do, and I hope you find the time and will to do it with this update.

Currently, I can confirm that these ones are not obtainable:

- Night Runner Captain's Journal, unavailable after the quest has been done (also not obtainable at all if you pick one dialogue option in the quest)
- The Scaled Elves in Sea Keep, the area with the book is locked off after the quest in Sea Keep
- Writ of Valid Credentials from the quest Culture Clash, unavailable once you turn in the quest
- Pack of Archon's Grove - no one can even find this book at all?

There are certainly others as well, but these are the 4 that I lack, and can confirm are bugged. Feel free to add others to the list, so we can get a masterlist of these.

Night Runner Captain's Journal should be available after the quest in the public dungeon - or made available if you pick the dialogue option where you miss the book
The area with the Scaled Elves book in Sea Keep should be unlocked even when having done the quest. Or the book should be moved to the accessible part of the keep before or after the quest is done
Writ of Valid Credentials, and the other 2 quest books for that quest, should be made available after the quest in the Kinlady's castle, where you finish the quest
Pack of Archon's Grove - no one has found this book. Perhaps it's not meant to be found?

To the list made by Carbonised above I would like to add two Summerset books that are as well bugged in a way that if you missed them during/before quest, you can't obtain them:
1) Divine Prosecution Notification - placed on the streetlamps in three Summerset cities, won't be obtainable after doing any daily quest for Divine Prosecution; the thing still glows for me, but I can't interact with it, other people confirmed its the case for them as well - please fix it
2) Invitation to the Kinlady's Conference - placed in the inventory during the last part of "The Queen's Decree" quest, no way to obtain it later - please place it to some location obtainable after quest

The same problem is with Nahira's Journal book - being unavailable after the associated quest "The Search for Shiri" in Alik'r. I also cannot get the Divine Prosecution Notification nor can I get the Night Runner Captain's Journal, after completing both quests...

and there are still two books that no-one outside of the Daggerfall Covenant can get...

books in this game are just soooooo broken - will they ever be fixed?

It appears that ZoS favors the Daggerfall Covenant in at least one respect...
