Havent had the chance to hop on the pts yet. Can someone elaborate on the effects of the increased attack speed, and how it behaves along side the GCD. With the buff active are you able to get 2 light attacks off between each ability use? Are you able to charge a heavy while not losing ability rotation speeds?
