Happens to me dependless of video settings, mainly in delves and dungeons, but sometimes I also face strange flickering in cities. Here is example from one of Thieves Guild quests:

I'm glad it's not just me. I updated my video card driver thinking maybe it was on my end. Never hurts to update anyway, but yeah, has happened to me in multiple zones, most recently in the tavern in Sentinel. I couldn't navigate to go into my inn room, I literally had to teleport in.

Especially in the Rawl'ka Thieves Guide. That place has been quite freaky for the last week or so
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Does anyone know if this is being addressed on Monday's patch or for v4.1? I'm reading the patch notes but there is just so much to go through. I don't see anything about invisible/disappearing walls being fixed, but they said in their livestream that they would have a fix for it. I really hope that's the case. I really, really want to play but I might just take a break from the game until it is playable instead of logging in and getting frustrated.

So glad I found this post! I was all set to start rolling back drivers, removing add-ons, changing graphic settings blah blah blah, figuring that it was just me.

Places I've had it happen (submitted bug report for some)
    1) exile's barrow in wrothgar - several places in the delve - particularly where you solve the puzzle
    2) Davon's watch right outside the enchanters building whole town vanished - people floating etc. (I guess this IS like skyrim :D )
    3) There was part of a quest in summerset as well but I don't remember which one.

also seems to be a lot of random hangs and client crashes in Wrothgar but that could be anything. One was in a public dungeon which was amusing except I died :-D (I could hear my 'toon swinging away with an axe and connecting, I finally killed the client and logged back in to the death screen with the hargravens running around... somewhat amusing but I'm weird)

I kinda figured it might be AUI since it is out of date for quite some time. So far I replaced the mini map. As soon as I find an action bar replacement I like I'll probably dump that add-on.

Having this happen various places in Summerset. Traitor's Vault is horrible for it, and the High Kinlady's Mansion in Shimmerene as well.9bwzcsh9a2sc.png

The jumping puzzle to the north in Bleakrock Isle has become much harder lately. Where do you start?

However, logging out and then back in again brought the graphics back.

Most (90%) of the Imperial City Sewers is like this for me, along with most of the dungeons and delves. Also wired flickering all over Craglorn.

Anyone experiencing this using addons? I'm just trying to figure out why some of us are experiencing this issue, and others aren't. I tried disabling my addons but that didn't seem to fix the issue, but I'm wondering if just flat out deleting them might have different results.

Yea, I'm using ~20 addons but after removing them (moving AddOns and SavedVariables folders somewhere else) I still faced disappearing objects problem.

Been going on since latest patch. Seems to be particular areas always trigger it, and then some areas after playing and zoning around awhile (like there's a memory leak or some sort of poor texture management issue).

Graphics card setup - Dual Gigabyte Geforce 780 Ti's in SLI mode. Windows 10 Pro (latest patches), Intel i7-2600K with 16GB RAM.

It is REALLY bad in Clockwork City. Making it unplayable.

I've been having the same problem for the past week or two, at first I only noticed it briefly in Wayrest bank, then tried going to Sentinal with my provisioner. The entire enviroment except for npcs and a few containers(chests) disappeared as soon as I entered the INN. Building, ground, city outside.. everything.. I;ve tried restarting, doesn;t help. Sisters of the Sand Inn is constantly having that problem for me for past couple weeks. But it;s not the only place.

I play on a character in Ebonhart Pact for most time and I keep having the environment disappear on my during parts of several dwarve ruins/delves, making it very difficult to complete some the quests in them as well. Then today I go to clockwork city to drop off several parts for the construct and everything disappears as soon as I go insid ethe building. Took me forever to find the elevator, got stuck between obstacles I couldn't see a vew times while at it. When I finally found it, unfortuantly scene is flicking in and out up there to...

Things I have noticed is sometimes you can get a glimpse of the environment the way it should be if you can get your camra angled around or near an object, like columns(for example) a certain way.. however all it takes is a single twitch of the camra or move from character to loose it. Some places I only had it happen in a few spots of a delve, soemtimes it;s just flickering in and out. But often it;s steadily missing, and interferes in finding and completing objectives at times. All collision seems to be there, you just can;t see anything visually.

Please fix this as soon as possible Zenimax! Thank you

Btw I was going to post pictures as well but I haven't been able to find where they are saved yet.

Yep. Can confirm this issue is back, and seems to be back with force. Before I would only experience it on rare occasions, but now it seems to happen with higher frequency - especially when entering instances of the subterranean kind.

I have made countless bug reports in-game, with screenshots every time - so I won't spam with all my examples of this happening. (But can always provide if need be.)

Interesting observation: sometimes it happens to several people in the same place at the same time. I have tried being the only experiencing the bug in a group, BUT then on another occasion finding out that others in the group were experiencing the same thing -- confirming it seems to increase in frequency when entering certain instances (like dungeons, buildings, caves, refuges, etc).

Edit: And before I could usually fix the issue by /reloadui - BUT NOW I have to relog for it to stop! Incredibly inconvenient, and I can only imagine how even more of a hassle it is for those who already have long loading screens...

I'm testing the MIPS setting. Inconclusive so far. I'll have to try going someplace where it happened I guess but it is pretty random. I don't think this is an addon issue. I noticed this on the PTS as well when doing Summerset during the beta. (reported it).
Seems worse now I never used to get this (or very rarely).

I find this bug interessting from another point of view: It shows what all is rendered you normally would not see/need.

Seems like a camera position issue. Someone had this in first person view?

Both PC EU and NA - I only play in first person - and I have this issue often.
I have noticed that I can see parts of the scenery flashing blue in advance of the glitching and then when I enter that area everything opens up.
Latest encounter was Aldunz in Alik'r desert.... on my PC NA account as the EU server was down.

ZOS has stated they are aware of this problem and are working to resolve. What they really need to focus on is that this problem began occurring since the 'multi-core processor' change that came with Summerset. Before Summerset it was not a problem, so obviously whatever change occurred in that update caused this problem and their supposed 'fix' in the patch did absolutely nothing- in fact- I think it might have made it worse.

I was just in the Clockwork City crafting station for Brass Fortress yesterday and the entire area was 'gone'. I stumbled around and found that the crafting stations were still accessible- but since I had never been there before- I had no idea of the layout. However, I was able to log out and log back in and everything appeared normal then. Sucks that relogging doesn't help for everyone... and I know there have been times I've had to complete a quest walking 'backwards' because it was the only way to be able to see any of the walls. :( ZOS better get this fixed ASAP!!!! This is causing a MAJOR problem for players and should be considered a priority since quests are the majority of the game!!

My sub expires in 4 days wondering if I should renew then or wait for actual fix

Has there been any comments from ZOS about any of the graphic issues?
If so can some one post a link to ZOS comments?

Quick update: Since I cannot find and comments form ZOS about this issue I have decided to not renew sub at this time but to wait and see if it is going to be fixed.

I have not seen any direct response to this thread or any of the others that were created addressing the same topic.
I have not seen any link to these threads in DEV Tracker.

There has been a statement from Gina in the General Forum in this thread
    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/423714/july-6-update-on-recent-issues-stability-steam-motifs-daily-rewards/p1
that "the invisible walls/structures" bug was being addressed; crica page 8.
This may be related to this problem, or as likely an (unrelated) issue in Cyrodiil.

I encountered this again doing the Mage's Guild quest into Silumm in Glenumbra; the big chamber at the south side went transparent as I was going for the fourth book. If I swung my camera right, I could usually get the geometry to come back for some camera angles, but it would go away again when I moved, so I was working by memory to get around the middle pillar and over to the book, where I looted the chest behind the invisible pedestal (I have to admit that it's much easier to find them when all the obstructions are transparent), grabbed the book, and then backed into a corner to force exit the client and restart (the only thing that consistently fixes the problem for me). When I logged back in, everything was back to normal, and I was able to exit the delve with no further graphics issues.
