Health Foods Not Working Right?

Okay, so outside of a dungeon, I use standard cp150 food for health bought from any chef... It boosts my health from 12.5k to 19.1k or about that much. But many times inside a dungeon, even while this health food buff is still on, my health goes down to 14k max... So outside of the dungeon, I looked in the character screen, my buff was still on, and my health was still 14k, so i canceled the buff, health went to 12.5k, and then i ate the same food, and my health went back to 19.1k.
Anyone else having these issues on PC?

Elusiin✭✭✭✭✭Bumping because I'm curious how many others are having this issue... As a magicka templar healer who doesn't stack shields or invest in health, I'm dying fast to hard hitting attacks, often from a single blow from veteran dungeon bosses... Really hoping this gets fixed soon!0

Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭I'm also having this issue recently (since Monday June 4 patch?). DC Breton Templar, PC/NA (over 1k CP).
Blue or Purple Food does still buff my stats, but only by maybe 1k instead of the normal 4k.
Note: this is happening everywhere, not just in dungeons. (I have not tested health stats in Cyrodiil though).
My health does also sometimes randomly vary a bit as mentioned by @Feleran. I checked my gear and the armor is NOT broken (wearing Slimecraw/Julianos/War Maiden, so no health buffs in there).

Update: just tested with Witchmothers brew, which is a drink - my health and magicka are buffed to normal levels with that. So it may be just a FOOD issue. A friend of mine tested (PC/NA) and did NOT see this bug, but maybe it's random?
Also, I later tested with my normal food outside a dungeon, and it worked normally... go figure. The most common time to take food is at the start of a dungeon run for me though, so that might be why I'm noticing the issue more then.Edited by Pyr0xyrecuprotite on June 10, 2018 8:24AM0 -

Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭Agree, it's either intermittent, or affects you IF you consume the food (without previous food active) while inside a group dungeon. When my previous drink expired outside a dungeon and I ate food, the buff applied normally. Weird.

✭Holy crap on a cracker. I thought something was messed up with my stamblade. Was sitting at only 14k health the other day just randomly when I sit at right under 17k normally. Only happened last Thurs night and I thought it was just something bugged on my screen. Also was using dubious as per every single other time I use food on him.

Don't think so - rezoning doesn't fix the issue. Also, stat scaling does not apply when you have over 160 CP.
I need to test the "poison on weapons" theory further, since I really noticed this issue most after applying the free (daily login reward) crown poisons on my main toon's weapons.0 -

Happened to me once, with experience buff from psijic ambrosia. The buff just vanished after 5 or 7 minutes. After that I used like 4-5 ambrosia and the buff stayed, so I thought it was me imagining things.0 -

Equip a poison, eat food => wrong buff values. Unequip the poison from active bar, eat a different food, => correct buff values.

Grakdrogru✭✭With Damage Health Poison IX (Fleshly Larva, Blessed Thistle, Nightshade) + buffood (Max Health, Max Stamina) i get 1k less health and stamina.
Tri stat potion used on that bar with the poison on, restore less resources. With the crown store poison i got only 2k or 3k stamina back.
If you use food/drink or consume a potion on the bar where a poison is equipped, its bugged.
Foods and drinks that scales to current level are unaffected.

Tested with Longfin pasty (purple CP150 food) and a blue health/mag CP150 food - both were affected. Witchmother's brew (health/magic/magic regen drink) was not affected.1 -
