Catapults now have their area effects last in the area when hitting a Keep section that can be destroyed.
After days of complaining about the new cyrodiil issues since summerset.. THIS IS WHAT THEY DO!?!?!?
sigh....why do we even report these issues if nothing gets done

but is the performance fix regarding loading other players not tied in to it?Performance

That would be the mages guild in Marbruk; although I have had similar throughout the game. Only solved by logging out and then back in again.
Nothing about the load screen music persisting once in the game.
