Summerset Chapter - Message in a Bottle Achievement: Explanation and Guide

I wanted to make a little explanation and guide to everyone that is having troubles getting the...

So lets begin.

How do I get this achievement?
You get it by searching the coasts of Summerset for an item called "Message in a Bottle"

What happens when I open the Message in a Bottle?
One of four things will happen:

Option 1:

In my searches I got around 16 of these before I got the achievement

Option 2:

A love letter

Option 3:

A recipe to some sort of cake, I assume

Option 4: DO NOT CLICK THIS IF YOU DONT WANT THE ACHIEVEMENT MESSAGE SPOILED FOR YOU

A letter from First Mate Razorwind

There might be a fifth option, since on my lorebook add-on, Im missing one - I still haven't found it.

Where can I find the bottles?
Well, there are multiple locations where you can find them. I went around the coast of Summerset multiple times and found a couple of them. If Im missing any let me know and Ill edit the picture

The following locations are numbered according to the image above (the locations of the bottle are where my player is [the green cursor]):

I forgot to take a picture of my character there, but its very close to the wall of the bridge. An enemy NPC NB wanders close enought o surprise attack you while your're picking it up and an imp should be right behind you aswell.

Location 13:

Are there any place I should know about?
There most definitely are more locations then these. From talking to people there is only place, that isn't on the map, because even though I passed there multiple times I still didnt find it. Nonetheless, the rumoured areas are:
1 - (68.83x53.81) North-East of the Sil-Var-Woad Wayshrine, near 3 mudcrabs and close to a Sea Viper.

Yeah I spoke to many people that got it on the first bottle... Just RNG luck

So it is safe for me to destroy the waterlogged note that is unreadable?

As an aside to the point of the achievement, the recipe looks like a variation on a shortbread recipe, although I believe it should note that it is a 'strong' oven, to use a period reference.

Yes the water logged notes are literal junk... Feel free to destroy.

I swear I found it on the 1st bottle, achievement is still not done, so I am a little lost.
Also, if I found that letter, where do I find it, I have 3220 books in my library lol

The achievement is done once you get and read the message from Forinel, First Mate of the Razorwind. Some people have complained that even though they have gotten the achievement, it still doesn't pop up in there Eidetic Memory. Other from that, thats the only thing I know of as being an issue.

Stupidest achievement ever.......
Been running around Summerset for 2 hours checking bottles and cant get this done.

Question: Are there bottles at ALL locations? Hunting and even have a map marker and nada at the two locations I'm hitting...

There should be a bottle at all the locations marked on the map. If they arent there, it means someone from your "plain" has already picked it up.

They function just like nodes. If someone has gotten there before you the spot will be empty. I don't know what the respawn timer is but I got my achievement just by working the coastline for giant clams. It has been a while ago but it didn't take me too many bottles to get the achievement.
