Crashing to xbox home screen

Good grief what is the deal? I only had this issue in pvp, wrothgar and vivec. I have an Xbox One X now and all games run beautifully including Eso. It's just this random crash several times a day. Doesn't matter if I am around other players or in the middle of nowhere. No lag, stuttering, rubberbanding or heavy load. What's going on? I have tried all the restarting, resetting, clearing cache etc., and it still persists.

There is currently two other threads open such as here about issues with crashing and for this reason we will be closing this discussion. As posted in this thread, there are some planned fixes for Update 18 to improve some of the crashes players are experiencing. We would recommend opening a ticket with customer support since you've already tried power-cycling and clearing your cache.
