Can't access Summerset content

I ordered the Summerset collectors from Amazon. I got an email to enter in a code to get the pre-order goodies. I then got a confirmation email from Zenimax confirming all that is there. I can confirm that bit. However, I cannot access Summerset content! I keep getting upgrade prompts. I cannot travel to anyone there, the map is not interactive, etc. WTF is going on? Additionally, when I try to log in to the support site your log-in button does not work on several different browsers.

Do I need to enter in another code when the physical box arrives today? What's going on here?

I'm GUESSING that you do need to enter the code in the retail box, that's been said in a 'ZOS' post recently in a slightly different context.

AFAIK the code you got from Amazon only unlocked the pre-order bits and pieces which were live pre-release.

You will need to activate Summerset from the code that comes in your physical edition. As there is already another thread ongoing about this, we are going to close this one. You can continue discussion here.
