created one 15 hours ago... and they not responded since Friday morning and i read somewhere that there is no support at weekends so now im screwed for the entire weekend ??

    maybe never. if youre lucky a robot will message you back and tell you it's your fault and outline zos's strict IDGAF policy.

    No indeed, but thanks for responding anyway. I'm sure they'll reply and resolve it before too long but it wouldn't appear to be a priority given that as you say they don't provide routine support over the weekend.

    well... they did a few hours ago they responded so they DO work at weekends now lol <.<
