Updates for the Cloudrest Sets

Since we first saw the new sets the majority of players agree that the new sets are garbage, 100% garbage.
For doing the hardest content in the game you want to get good loot and not some crappy procs which are outclassed by current sets.
I came up with new idea how these sets could work to reward the players for using them. I will only list the 5pc Note that the values are just from the top of my head at 4 am so they are likely to be unbalanced in either way.
1. all these sets should get the minor slayer / aegis on the 3pc
Mantle of Siroria: When you deal 150.000 damage to enemies in a group dungeon or a trial you summon a portal on your position. An ally in a 10m range can activate the synergy "appropriate synergy name" to gain major beserk and major aegis for 10 seconds. During this time, everytime your ally damages an enemy or is hit by an enemy you restore 400 magicka. This can only occur once every one second. Portals can only be summoned every 25 seconds.
Vestment of Olorime.
When you heal allies for 200.000?? health in group dungeons or trials you create a circle of chaos on the ground (8m radius) an ally can activate the synergy "Insert next name" to move the circle to his position and activate it for 10 seconds. While active all allies inside the circle restore 150 magicka or stamina (depending on their higher pool) every second, all enemies inside the circle take 2% more damage from all sources (this is cumultative with other circles of chaos) you can only create a circle every 25 seconds.
Arms of relequen: same as mantle of Siroria but with stamina rather than magicka
Aegis of Galanve:
When you take ???? amount of damage from taunted enemies in group dungeons or trials you create a protective magic shell (imagine small negate like effect) around you. An ally can activate the synergy to increase the radius of the shell to 10m, every ally inside the shell increases it's physical and spell resistance by 9000 and all enemies inside lose 2500 spell and physical resistance while inside the shell.
Let me know what you think about those ideas.
