Anyone found the Psijic skull cap hat costume yet?

I can't find any photos of it, and I'm not sure which quest rewards it - I know the name from the description of the hat in the costume list - something to do with towers - but I don't know where to find that quest.

✭✭✭✭It for completing psijic guild questline. Last patch there was quest blocker preventing to complete last quest, so you couldnt obtain it. And new patch erazed old chars with all progress, forcing to grind quest portals from beginning which is too boring on template without overlandportals... and not even sure if quest blocker was removed.1 -

✭✭✭✭I really like the skullcap and tattoos. For me, they're probably the only thing worth doing the whole quest line for. I think the body markings are the best yet by far. A pity none of my mag characters go bare-chested.
The body markings get a bit obscured on a female character.

Exactly like what you're seeing up there, only, on a pasty corpse. They do not fade when combined with vampirism, if that's what you're asking.2 -

Yes, I do love how the tattoos would look on my characters, but I too don't typically show much skin on my mages. I'll have to force myself to put them in the Nord Bather's Towel or something. I actually also bought the Argonian Reed Kilt costume on live for my male characters, just for this.

Also, I did notice on my female PTS toon, that the part of the tattoo that is in the middle of the chest, is smaller and up a bit higher than the male version to compensate for the undergarments being in the way.
