Yes. One character does all my crafting and little or nothing else.
Most of my characters (mains) have maxed crafting skill lines so I can harvest top tier mats when questing. However, I only have one crafter that knows all motifs and all traits researched and does the crafting for my mains.
Sorta. One of my characters is more of a crafter but all can craft and my crafter can adventure
My main is my master crafter. She researches traits first and learns all the motifs and recipes. My alts are all maxed crafters though too so that they can get master writs from the daily crafting writs, but they don't learn motifs or recipes.
My first character is my main and is also my 9 trait master crafter with just a few pages in 4 motifs to go, 95% provisioning recipes and 60% of furnishing recipes.

My main is my master crafter, but I don't play her much anymore since she's a Magicka DK, and I have a Nightblade and a Sorcerer who are both performing massively better than her on the current patch.

My EP MagSorc (The Dark-Mage, Former-Emperor) is my Enchanter, Alchemist, and Provisioner (almost all recipes learned).
My EP TemplarTank (The Moonlit-Knight, Star-Made Knight) is my 9/9-trait Blacksmither (almost all motifs learned).
My AD StamBlade (The Ironwood Kid, Master Thief) is my 9/9-trait Clother & 9/9-trait Woodworker (almost motifs learned).
The introduction of furnishings did not help my specialization; so I would need to make 1 of these characters into my 50/50 everything, 9-trait everything, with all passives learned, etc. Lol. Ugh.
EDIT: all three characters have 405/405 sky-shards, and many skill-points from important quests, but none of them have enough skill-points left over to do all of the crafts since they have points into 2-3 weapons, 1-3 armors, Mages/Fighters, Vamp/WW, Alliance War PvP skills/passives, racial passives, and so on.

My main is also my crafter. So I do most of my dailies and all the master crafting with them. I'm just now grinding another char to 50 in all crafting skills to get more master writs (and golden mats). Don't think I'll learn many motifs with him though as completing them on one char was expensive/time consuming enough.
