If you are referring to https://www.humblebundle.com/store/the-elder-scrolls-online-summerset-digital-collectors-edition or https://www.humblebundle.com/store/the-elder-scrolls-online-summerset you would probably be best off contacting Humble Bundle themselves. They would provide what codes they have for preorder bonuses and such, in addition to having their own process of gifting. My guess is that when you preorder the game as a gift, everything should transfer to the giftee, and any preorder bonuses that might be sent via code can easily be sent from yourself to the giftee.
