Would you play other races if passives weren't a factor?

Kudos on this poll. I agree wholeheartedly with the yes answer.

My favorite races are Nord and then Breton. I'd love to have argonian buffs with Nord.

But I suppose that wouldn't make sense.

That would be very cool if we all chose 4 different buffs from a giant list. Of course the best of buffs couldn't be applied.

I already play bad combinations. For one I could never bring myself to play some races and I care more about making characters that I enjoy than going for the absolute meta.

Good thing my favorite race goes well with my class. I couldn't level a race I don't enjoy just to be top notch.

It seems 50% of players are either not bothered by the passives or happy with the ones they got and the other 50% of players are bothered. Something to consider ZOS....

Given that I have all races but Dunmer (I just cannot get me to create a Dunmer, don't know why, I like the NPC Dunmer even), I play a character because i like to play him or her, and not because of the stats or skills those offer. I play even weird combinations, which are not advisable seen from the stats and abilities, and guess what, I have the most fun with those. I like my misfits with their own way to get through the game, even they aren't good in anything really, but I just like them like this.
