Imbue Weapon and LA buffs

Does anyone know if buffs to LA damage like bound armaments and/or physical weapon expert (from CP) increase just the base attack value from LA's or if they increase both the base value and the bonus value from Imbue Weapon (skill from Psijic Order)? Unfortunately, I don't have access to the Summerset PTS to test myself.
