With the extension of the event right after a previous event that ZOS has turned over 50% of the marketplace into hollowjack motifs.
You have 50% percent of your selling market at a 50-70% discount. That is going to take major time to bleed thru the selling system.
I do not want to turn this into a bashing thread but @ZOS your server issues will cost me millions of dollars over a lousy motif.
Since the players who complained they couldn’t farm and you have given them a MASSIVE we are sorry gift .Then I feel I should be compensated the millions in gold this will cost me.

With out the Trader system you would see this games population plummet that’s a FACT. So yes the marketing game is The Largest part of this game.

I've made a pretty penny off of farming motifs in the last year, largely because drop rates are ludicrous. So I'll lose income, too. But Bubbles burst in any economy, and that's for the best.
Just be glad you don't have an investment portfolio to lose.

Seriously! If this actually impacted us financially with our investments then, yeah, adios. But...it's game money. And the guy already said he makes millions a week flipping items. Sounds more like an obsession.

You shouldn't be complaining, you should be praising them for this. But, you'd know that if you actually did know how to play the market, that you don't pretty much throws everything you've said in this thread out the window OP.

Eh... not so sure about that. Prior to the start of the anniversary event prices for Gold Coast and Hew's Bane Motifs were still much lower than they had been prior to the TG/DB anniversary event, and that was significantly less disruptive to the economy. By the time this event ends we'll have a little over a month before Summerset drops for PC and about a month an a half before it drops for consoles, and I rather doubt the prices will be even remotely back to where they were before the event by then.
