What is "Group Challenge: Abyssyl Geysers"

Just been reading up on the Summerset chapter and saw that Summerset Isle will include a new Group Challenge called Abyssyl Geysers. No idea what this is.
Is it some sort of group content, similar to what's found in Craglorn?

✭Most likely it will be a boss fight in a Public Dungeon.

It's definitely not this, as it is explicitly stated seperately from world bosses, delves and public dungeons.

Well it might be, but the issue with all these public events is, that you will only ever be able to do them solo while they are on PTS (not very fun). It does not matter how tough something would be to beat, when it is getting swarmed by hordes of people as soon as it spawns.Jo'Khaljor0 -
