I'm sure this has already been mentioned several times, but I still haven't seen it be acknowledged by a developer (maybe it's intended?) so I decided that I would make a post.
Currently if you bar swap cancel skills that have any amount of travel time (impale, swallow soul, poison injection, endless hail, force pulse, etc.) you will run into 2 different issues.
1) The skill will take the stats of the bar that you bar swap canceled on to. For example, if I cast poison injection or crippling grasp on my bar that has 2.5K Spell/Weapon damage and bar swap cancel the skill while swapping to my bar with 5K Weapon/Spell damage, the skill will take the stats of the 5K damage bar - making it do much more damage than it would have if I didn't bar swap cancel. This isn't really causing anything to be overpowered or underpowered, because while I can make my crippling grasp hit harder by bar swap canceling, my impale and spectral bow will also hit for less when I bar swap cancel them.
2) Item sets like the Perfected Asylum Destruction Staff or Maelstrom Bow are not granting their set bonuses if you bar swap cancel their associated skills. You have to wait for endless hail to deal damage (takes about 2 seconds) for the Maelstrom buff to proc before you can then bar swap (prior to CWC when the vma bow was an enchant rather than a set bonus, this wasn't an issue). With the Perfected Asylum Staff, if you bar swap cancel while casting a perfected pulse, the status effects will not apply to the target.
Here's a video showing both issues:

#2 is probably the bigger issue in my opinion, but it'd be cool if both were somehow addressed.
