i could argue that 2 characters are not in the screenshot. Only an extra pair of arms. I feel like you guys are very concerned about this being in the solo for some reason. Would be funny as hell if I won the duo category and the other person won too from literally just showing their arms.

I understand your point but if we are talking literal its two people as a second person was required to make it look like you have an extra pair of arms but we don't mean to offend but we want to warn you incase zos gets very technical and decides its a duo photo and not a solo photo. I mean its a good photo but you can try submitting it as both solo and duo as I can see the point and it will be like you have 2 shots at winning as you are allowed 1 submission per catagory

the pet is not a player and therefore it would be a solo entry. Npcs, pets, etc are not players and do not make solo entrys duo, grp etc

you don't have to redo your entry tho, its fine just submit it as a duo as you are allowed to renter anyways. Just enter one submission under duo and then give the @name of your buddy if you win as per the rules. You win and he/she wins its a win/win situation

Lets be honest here , you are not the competition organiser so everything in bold is your opinion only.

Can you back all of your statements up with confirmation from the organisers ? - NO

The guy/girl has clearly made a solo entry, and used some imagination.

If your response is to quote rules and try and discredit the entry with your own opinion masked as rules, then that is very sad.

No. The outfit does not have to be solely made from craftable gear, costume pieces can also be used.

Not directly from gina but you can resubmit, however this can technicly qualify as solo and duo but id lean towards duo and it doesn't hurt to submit

No ones attacking anyone, we are just making sure that this amazing screenshot qualifies so she/he gets a chance at a reward, we DID NOT make fun of her and want to make sure she has a shot at winning.

I would hope that ZOS wouldn't have to write out future contests as "more than one but fewer than three" people when referring to a duo. It's a middle grades math concept that if you require 1.10 people for a project, you need at least 2 people and in instances such as that you would not round down.

But I suppose the true in-game test would be to turn nameplates on, for self included, and then count the named characters.

It's not so much concern as helping people pick the most accurate category as per the official rules. It's your final call on where you put it.
